Exchanging a Product.
We accept that sometimes you may purchase an item that turns out to be the wrong size, or maybe you would prefer a different colour or style. On these occasions we are quite happy to arrange a straight swap, providing that the item is in its original condition.
Returns (i.e not an exchange) And Cancellations.
We accept goods returned within 30 days of the purchase date, and will issue a refund along the following guidelines.
1/ Defective items.
Once we are in agreement that the returned item is defective we will issue a full refund PLUS the cost of return postage (proof required).
2/ Items delivered in error.
We will issue a full refund PLUS the cost of return postage (proof required).
3/ Returns for any other reason.
We are happy to re-stock an order if you decide that you simply do not want it afterall. In this instance we will either issue a full refund MINUS the cost to our company for postage and packaging, and you will be liable for your own return postage. Or we can issue a credit note for the amount of the order (especially usefull when buying presents etc.)
In all instances all returns/exchanges can only be effected if the returned item is in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition (unless sent out defective).
