Why Teenage Cancer Trust?
The top priority of Teenage Cancer Trust (TCT) is building units in NHS hospitals specifically for the treatment and care of teenagers and young people with cancer.
This is enormously important work because although each day in the UK six teenagers or young adults are diagnosed with cancer, the facilities that are available to these patients would be woefully inadequate without the tremendous work done by Teenage Cancer Trust.
How does Scoots, Suits and Boots Help?
Since we commenced trading in May 2009 up to 31 August 2010 Scoots,Suits and Boots has pledged to donate 2.5% of all our sales to the Trust. In addition we have raised money through the sale of tee-shirts and by organising fund raising initiatives.
From the 1st September 2010 we have continued to promote the work of Teenage Cancer Trust and will continue to raise funds via the sale of our "Give the Boot to Teenage Cancer" tee-shirts. We will also be arranging fund raising events along the way.
